Prince's first SXSW appearance is reportedly going to be a typically over the top affair. The Purple One will be preforming on a specially designed stage at La Zona Rosa and accompanied by a 22-piece backing band. The festival is rife with big names this year, already boasting scheduled sets from The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Flaming Lips, Justin Timberlake, The Stooges Vampire Weekend, Kendrick Lamar and many others.
