Ab-Soul has just released "World Runners," featuring Lupe Fiasco and Nikki Jean. This is the third record to come out off of These Days..., the rapper's album set to drop a week from today. "World Runners" follows "Hunnid Stax" featuring Schoolboy Q and "These Days" featuring the Oh My's.
The song features adroit lyricism by both rappers, two of the best wordsmiths in rap today. As the title would suggest, the track is about running the world. Lupe delivers a very clever verse, but as is the case for many Lupe songs, it may need a few replays and a lyrics read-a-long to be fully appreciated.
Tae Beast produced a strong beat for the record, that features spacey synths and powerful drums. Nikki Jean provides subtle but tasteful background vocals. These Days... is available for pre-order on iTunes and Amazon.
