Blackberry Smoke have revealed 2020 summer tour dates.
Billed as Spirit Of The South, the shows are planned to run from July through August with opening acts The Allman Betts Band and The Wild Feathers. Each group will perform a full set, followed by an encore jam session with all the bands. Allman Brothers Band founding drummer / percussionist Jaimoe is also set as a featured performer. These are sure to be special nights full of high-energy music. Blackberry Smoke's website explains what fans can expect:
On this tour we’d like to celebrate... not only what people think of as Southern Rock, but all the elements in Rock and Roll that make it Southern. It’s blues, gospel, soul, jazz, and bluegrass…everything that took root in the South and spread all over the world... Not only will we do a full set of Blackberry Smoke music, but we will have Allman Betts Band and The Wild Feathers out who will play a set of their own along with some other special guests. What will be exceptional is we were able to carve out time nightly for a jam at the end of the show that includes bringing those guys back up, with our band, and we have our friend, the legendary Jaimoe, up every night.
Before the summer, Blackberry Smoke will be doing a tour of Canada and they have some other shows scheduled in the USA as well. Check the listings below for the lineup on each date.

When do Blackberry Smoke 2020 tour tickets go on sale and what is the presale code?
The general public on-sale begins as early as March 6. Presales for Blackberry Smoke fan club members and Citi cardmembers begin March 3. Live Nation, LN Mobile App, and local venues / radio presales will follow.
The Blackberry Smoke fan club presale password is SMOKEFAN. Citi cardmembers can use the passcode 412800, but you will need a Citi card to complete your purchase.
