Drake just released "0 to 100 / The Catchup," a two-part song featuring James Blake. The song is some of the strongest work we've received from Drake, or from any rapper for that matter, in some time.

The OVO rapper touches on a wide range of topics, including strongly advising a female friend not to scroll through the pictures on his phone, the thought-process behind his decision to switch from acting to rapping, and being afraid of working his producer and friend 40 (who produced this track alongside Boi-1da, and Ninteen85) too hard after he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2005.

Since releasing Nothing Was the Same just under nine-months ago, Drake, has come out swinging this year. With “Days In The East,” “Draft Day," “Trophies," “We Made It," and now with “0 to 100/The Catch up," Drake has really been on a roll lately.

The first part of the song is braggadocios and upbeat. "O to 100" sounds similar to "Believe Me," a recent song by Lil Wayne that Drake was the feature on. After a beat change, the second part of the track begins. "The Catch Up" may be part of the series of similarly themed and titled Drake songs, including "The Presentation," "The Calm," "The Resistance," "The Ride," and "The Motion." This side of the record is a lot slower, highlighting Drake's softer side that we have grown used to.

It is unclear what project this song will end up on, although it is hinted in the lyrics that Drake will be doing some taking-over in Spring 2015.
